I provide advertising, branding, print, and marketing design services as agreed in writing with each client. The scope of work, timeline, and fees will be confirmed before any project begins.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
Quotes & Fees
All quotes are provided based on the project scope agreed at the time. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Fees may be charged as:
- a fixed project fee
- a day rate
- an hourly rate
This will be confirmed before work begins.
Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger projects, a deposit (typically 50%) may be required before work begins.
Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received.
Revisions
Projects include a reasonable number of revision rounds, as agreed at the start of the project. Additional revisions or changes outside the original brief may incur extra charges.
Ownership & Usage Rights
Once full payment has been received, clients are granted the rights to use the final approved design for its intended purpose.
I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
All unused concepts, drafts, or rejected designs remain my property.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate content and materials

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Liability
While every effort is made to deliver accurate and reliable work, I am not responsible for:
- printing errors not approved in final artwork
